Robert. J. Travis B. Simpson is an attorney specializing in criminal defense and civil litigation. Second to Mr. Corry, Mr. Simpson has tried and won more criminal defense cases involving medical marijuana than any other Colorado attorney. Mr. Simpson has obtained dismissals in many criminals cases including DUID, felony menacing, controlled substance offenses, and marijuana cultivation and possession due to Mr. Simpson's knowledge and assertion of constitutional protections. Mr. Simpson has also obtained dismissals as well as favorable settlements in civil litigation. Mr. Simpson is experienced in complex civil matters such as HIPPA, federal forfeiture law, and business disputes.
